The name of Mr. Satya Prakash Shukla is appearing as counsel for the opposite party no.2 but he is not present. 2. The present application has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.- 2738 of 2023 (State Vs. Ravindra Kumar Nirmal Alias Panchu Pradhan and other) arising out of Case Crime No.- 0074 of 2023 under Sections 504, 506, 386 I.P.C., P.S.- Shakti Nagar, District- Sonbhadra pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Sonbhadra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant confines his argument that a direction be issued to learned court concerned for expeditious disposal of bail application of the applicant. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the above submission. 5. In view of above, if the applicant surrenders before court concerned within four weeks from today and applies for grant of bail, the same shall be considered and decided by learned court concerned in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 6.
