NRI Wing, District S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali) and to present the final police report (challan) in time bound manner. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned authorities, as the petition has been filed without first submitting any representation in that regard.
