Learned senior counsel for respondents no.2 to 5 has submitted that respondent no.2 is on leave and thus, has prayed that his personal appearance be exempted. It is further submitted that in compliance to the Davinder Kumar 2025.08.29 15:45 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order / judgment COCP-3712-2025(O&M) 2 order passed by this Court, a demand draft for an amount of Rs.25,21,99, 548/- has been prepared and has been handed over to the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner. A photocopy of the same has been handed over to the Court, which is taken on record as Mark A. It is prayed that in view of the said facts and circumstances, the present contempt petition be disposed of. 3. The factum of receipt of the said draft has not been disputed on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Since respondents no.4 and 5 have appeared in person and respondent no.3 has appeared through video conferencing and respondent no.2 is stated to be on leave, thus, request for exemption on behalf of respondent no.2 is allowed and he is exempted from appearing before this Court. 5.
