That apart, the Petitioner was called for an inquiry and was intimated to lodge a complaint. However, the Petitioner did not cooperate with the same. 4. In view of the above, the Petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the 4th Respondent as against the Respondents 5 to 8 herein. 5. On receipt of the same, the 4th Respondent is directed to conduct inquiry on the complaint lodged by the Petitioner after issuing Notice to the Petitioner and the counter party, if any, and dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
