The petitioners and respondents 3 to 5 are brothers and sisters. There is a property dispute pending between them in OS.No.363 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Villupuram and OS.No.41 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vikravandi. Both the suits are for partition, injunction and also for declaration.
