The petitioner is stated to have filed representations before the District Magistrate, Azamgarh and S.D.M., Tehsil Phoolpur, District Azamgarh for entering his Abadi over Gata No. 142 area 0.031 hectare in the revenue records under the 'Swamitva Yojna'. Since the applications have not been disposed of so far and therefore, instant petition has been filed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention towards circular letter dated 29.7.2020 whereby the Commissioner and Secretary, Board of Revenue, Lucknow, has sent a communication to all District Magistrates directing them to submit relevant information in prescribed forms on the portal. The case of the petitioner is that in the survey carried out through drone, the abadi of the petitioner has been left out from being identified. 3. Sri Rajeev Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State submits that the representation made by the petitioner dated 16.4.2025/ 15.5.2025 would be decided by respondent no. 2 within such time as may be directed by this Court. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to accord consideration to the aforesaid representation within four weeks from the date of communication of the instant order and take appropriate steps as per entitlement of the petitioner. .
