(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.02 dated 08.05.2025 registered under Sections 351(2) of BNS, 2023 and 66-E, 67A of IT and (Amendment Act, 2008) and Section 61(2) BNS (added later on) at Police Station Cyber Crime Police Station, SBS Nagar. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 29.07.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The learned State counsel on instructions admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation in the case. In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 29.07.2025 is made absolute.
