The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Direct the learned Additional District Judge, FTC-I, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the Execution Case No.97/2023 (New Execution Case No.92/2024) (M/s Rangoli Garments Private Limited Versus M/s Kaizen India and others), expeditiously, within a time bound period as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court preferably within a period of three months." 3. Counsel for the petitioner states that the aforementioned execution case is pending before the Additional District Judge/FTC-I, Gautam Buddha Nagar for the last 2 years. He further placed the certified copy of the order sheet, in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction to Additional District Judge/FTC-I, Gautam Buddha Nagar to decide the aforesaid proceedings to its logical conclusion, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, in accordance with law.
