1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to
4. 2. The petitioner are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: I. A writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 to 4 delete the entry of Government Restriction, cannot be transacted entry appearing in the RTC of the petitioner while uploading on Kaveri website in a early time. II. Issue any other Writ or direction as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court. III. The petitioner be awarded cost for unnecessary harassment being caused. 3. The short grievance of the petitioners is that, the application having been submitted by the petitioners on 19.04.2025 for deletion of the restriction entry in the RTC belonging to the land of petitioners has not been considered and necessary restriction has not been removed. - 4 -

4. An application having been made on 19.04.2025, the same was required to be considered and orders passed within a reasonable period of time, and in terms of The Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2011 also, within 30 days from the date of such application. The same not having been done, I pass the following: ORDER i. Writ petition is allowed. ii. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the said application dated 19.04.2025, in terms of the recommendation made by the Revenue Inspector dated 08.05.2025 at Annexure-D and pass necessary orders within a period of 7 days from today. iii.
