MAIN CASE
1.
Prayer in the present petition filed under 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 for registering the FIR against private respondents i.e. respondent Nos.4 to 6 on account of inflicting injuries to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that on 13.07.2025 at about 7:00 PM, respondent No.4 having pistol, came to the house of the petitioner and asked him to come out of the house, but the petitioner did not come out of his house. Thereafter, on the next day i.e. on 14.07.2025 at about 7:20 AM, the private respondents hiding behind the door of house of the petitioner and when the petitioner went for the work, they attacked upon him and his father with dattar and stick. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.

Mr. Subhash Godara, Addl. A.G. Punja, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a copy of complete paper book to learned State counsel today itself.

Keeping in view the prayer made by the petitioners and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate steps in view of the submissions made therein, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
