The petitioners were issued a transfer order dated 17.05.2024 from Calicut International Airport to Belgavi International Airport and Hubli International Airport, respectively. The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners shall join their transferred place of posting within ten days from today. The petitioners were continuing at Calicut International Airport on the strength of the interim order granted by this Court. However, the said interim order has not been extended after 06.02.2025. 2. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of, with direction to the petitioners to join their transferred place of posting on or before 15.04.2025. For their absence from 06.02.2025 till today, the respondent Authority shall not WP(C) NO. 23972 OF 2024 3 2025:KER:29682 take any disciplinary proceedings against them. However, it will be open to the respondent Authority to take a decision with respect to the payment of salary and wages for the said period, if they have not performed duties.
