Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah vide his letter dated 6.12.2021 has informed this Court that the sole appellant-Munna Singh has already passed away on 13.08.2019. 4. In verification of his death, statement of Manoj Kumar Tiwari, son of the deceased and Dharm Singh, brother of the deceased has been recorded. Death certificate duly issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has been annexed. Police Report by S.I. Dhirendra Kumar Tiwari, Police Station Pachaya, District Etawah has also been annexed. 5. In view of the above, since the sole appellant has already passed away, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 6.
