The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. 3. This the second attempt of bail of the petitioner who is in jail since 06.04.2023. 4. As per the report, out of 12 witnesses, 6 witnesses have been examined. The victim has been examined. 5.
