3. 2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to consider the representation letter dated 24.09.2024 at Annexure-E and to permit the petitioner to carry out and continue road construction work, in the interest of justice. b. To issue an appropriate direction or relief which deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. By way of representation dated 24.09.2025 at Annexure-E, the petitioner has sought for extension of time to complete the construction work in terms of Work Order in pursuance of the tender issued by the respondents. - 3 -

4. A mandamus in such a matter cannot be granted.
