The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.07.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned counsel for the complainant, however, vehemently opposes the prayer for the grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that certain recoveries are yet to be effected. The learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Surinder submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 28.07.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
