Mala Das, Jitukan Das, Tultul Das, Madhusmita Das, Nita Das, Blumun Das and Dibyo Jyoti Das, are present. 2. Mr. Swapan Maji, Regional Manager is present for Insurer, United India Insurance Company Ltd. 3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurer has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.60,43,998/-/- (Rupees Sixty Lacs Forty Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Eight) to the claimants as compensation, out of which Rs.40,01,010/- (Rupees Forty Lacs One Thousand and Ten) by deducting TDS of Rs.2,42,988/- (Rupees Two Lacs Forty Two Thousand Nine Page No.# 4/4 Hundred and Eighty Eight) has already been deposited as interim deposit. The Insurer has agreed to pay the balance of Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lacs) to the claimants within six weeks from today before the Registry of this Court. 4. The claimant No. 1 may withdraw the amount from the Registry of this Court after proper verification of the claimant No. 1 by the Registry of this Court. The claimant No. 1 may withdraw the entire amount which has been deposited by the Insurer before the Registry of this Court after proper identification and proper verification of the claimant No. 1 by the Registry. 5. The Insurer is allowed to withdraw the statutory deposit. 6. In terms of the above observation, this appeal stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
