Petitioner is aggrieved that her application for compassionate appointment was rejected by impugned order dated 4.6.2025 and other subsequent orders without assigning any reason. 3. Learned counsel for respondents fairly submits that there are legal impediments in considering the claim of the petitioner, however, he fairly submits that reasons are not reflected in the impugned order. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, impugned order being an unreasoned order is set-aside and this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the respondents to pass a fresh reasoned order. 5.
