Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2, 3, 5 & 6 and Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 4. 3. Today, none appeared for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the present issue is pertaining to the disposal of representation filed by the petitioner on 31.10.2024. 4. Further, he would submit that subsequent to the filing of aforesaid representation, the 2nd respondent vide proceedings dated 13.02.2024, had directed 3rd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation. Heard the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record. 6. In the case on hand, it was submitted by the learned Government advocate that subsequent to the filing of aforesaid representation, the 2nd respondent vide proceedings dated 13.02.2024, had directed 3rd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the 3rd respondent till date. 7.
