Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 2. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. As per the argument as raised by learned counsel for the petitioners for seeking police protection in favour of both the petitioners that petitioners have already solemnized marriage and living together being husband and wife but unable to register their marriage just because of the threats caused at the behest of respondent no. 4 with the collusion of local police.
