THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER:
ORAL ORDER

1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus for a direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the representation dated 04.03.2024 and 12.03.2025, vide Annexures-G and H respectively and pass suitable orders.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the land bearing R.S.No.13, measuring 53 acres 24 guntas, situated at Tulasigeri village, Bagalkote District, was granted to his ancestors by Peshwa Sarkar in the year 1850 and since then, they have been in possession and cultivation of the said land.

4. The petitioner claims to have submitted representations dated 04.03.2024 and 12.03.2025, at Annexure-G and H respectively, to the respondents No.2 and 3, seeking entry of his name as legal heir in column No.9 of the RTC in respect of R.S.No.13, measuring 53 acres 24 guntas, situated at Tulsigeri village, Bagalkot District. Despite the specific directions issued by this Hon’ble Court in Writ Petition No.104634/2024 vide order dated 10.01.2024 vide Annexure-F, the respondents have not complied with the order nor considered the representations of the petitioner.
5. However, despite repeated requests and representations, the inaction of the respondents is adversely affecting the petitioner’s possession and title as evidenced in the revenue records. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
6. The learned AGA representing the State submits that the representations made by the petitioner will be considered if reasonable time is granted.

7. In view of the above, I pass the following:
ORDER i) The petition is allowed. ii) A writ of mandamus is issued directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 04.03.2024 and 12.03.2025 vide Annexure-G and H respectively for entry of the name of the petitioner in Column No.09 of RTC in respect of R.S.No.13, measuring 53 acre 24 guntas, situated at Tulasigeri village, Bagalkot District, if necessary, the respondents shall issue notice to the concerned parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law by providing suitable opportunities to all parties concerned and interested. iii) The said exercise shall be completed within four months from the date of receipt of copy of the
