CMP No.1339 of 2025 in Rev.Appl.Sr No.172856 of 2024 P.B.BALAJI, J. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 352 days in preferring the review application. Though this petition is opposed, having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, I find that the petitioner has made an attempt to seek modification of the order passed on 01.12.2023, which was returned by the Registry in late 2024 and thereafter, the review application has been filed along with this petition. I do not find any willful negligence on the part of the petitioner in pursuing the remedy for review under Section 47 of CPC. Hence, I am inclined to condone the delay. Registry is directed to number the review application, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. Registry is also directed to print the name of Mr.Najeeb Usmankhan, counsel for the respondent at the time of admission. 17.07.2026 MST https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
