The facts, in brief, are that the complainant is running the jewellery business under the name of Bir Jewellers. He had employed one Dalbir Singh who is the nephew of his wife, on the said shop. The petitioner, who is cousin of Dalbir Singh petitioner. After few days, the complainant maintenance of the accounts and on verification, he cash amount of Rs.5 lakhs had been had admitted said misappropriation in connivance with his cousin Harshdeep , the present petitioner and agreed to return said amount Singh went abroad and the petitioner also intends to leave the country. The Dalbir Singh, also used to visit the shop of the he complainant found some irregularities in the maintenance of the accounts and on verification, he found that 200 grams of had been misappropriated. Dalbir Singh had admitted said misappropriation in connivance with his cousin Harshdeep , the present petitioner and agreed to return said amount. But Dalbir also intends to leave the country. Learned counsel has further contended that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Thus, he has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
