Sri Danish Kaleem, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this is his first case and certain error has erupted in this writ petition that averments do not co-relate with the prayers sought, therefore, he on instructions submits that this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars. Considering the above submission, in the interest of justice, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is observed that counsel shall remain cautious while filing writ petition. Petitioners shall file separate writ petitions.
