ORDER Date : 24.02.2025 Heard Mr. R. Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned CGC for the respondent. The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: I. And/or be pleased to pass such further or other order (s) as your Lordship may deem it and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. Pursuant to notices issued, opportunities were granted to the respondent to complete their instructions and file necessary affidavits if so advised. The matter was thereafter listed on several dates. Today when the matter is called up, Mr. K.K. Parasar, learned CGC representing the respondent submits on instructions that the petitioner has received the Regular Pension as well as the Fixed Medical Allowances. The only apprehension of the petitioner is whether a separate PPO (disburser’s portion and pensioner’s portion) in view of the revision of pension. The learned CGC on instructions submits that as per the instructions received through e-mail from the Senior, AO (legal Section), CPAO, MoF, Bhikaji cama Place, New Delhi-66, no separate PPO is issued for revision of Pension. On the basis of this instruction Mr. K.K. Parasar submits that no separate revised PPO is necessary. The order passed by the authority revising the pension is sufficient to be treated as a revised PPO. Copy of the instructions placed before the Court is kept in the case records. On the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the instructions have already been furnished that no separate revised PPO is necessary, the petitioner at this stage does not have any further claims to pursue the present writ petition accordingly. Taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the
