JUSTICE ANANT RAMANATH HEGDE) This review petition is filed assailing the order seeking review of the judgment in RFA No.100067/2015. 2. In terms of the judgment dated 20.11.2024, this Court dismissed the appeal. In the said judgment, the Court held that the property bearing Sy.No.128/2, standing in the name of plaintiff No.3, is her Sthree Dhana property and, as such, rejected the claim that it is a joint family property. 3. The appellants, who are the review petitioners herein, have filed the present petition on the premise that said finding is erroneous finding and that there is an error apparent on the face of the record. 4. It is contented that the property is joint family property on the premise that plaintiff No.3 had no source of income. 5. It is noticed that the property was purchased in the name of plaintiff No.3 under a Sale Deed dated 22.05.2006. Her husband was alive at the time of purchase of the property. No - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:18654 RP No. 100058 of 2025 document has been produced to show that the husband has contributed or purchased the property in the name of plaintiff No.3. This Court does not find any error apparent on the face of the record warranting interference in exercise of review jurisdiction. 6. With these observations, the petition is dismissed.
