The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 2.1.2023 passed in Session Trial No. 731 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 2 of 2023, under Sections 498-A, 304B, 507 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Meerut. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition. In view of above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate petition/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
