THIS WRIT PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: ORAL ORDER (PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) 1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: i. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner as per Annexure-G dated 12-08-2021 and Annexure-H dated 31-10- 2025 and to grant site in favour petitioner under the PDF Scheme in the interest of justice an d equity. ii. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to take any coercive action vacating the petitioner from the house GP No.1534/1535 of Muchakhandi Village till the allotment of alternate site in the interest of justice and equity. iii. Grant such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondent Nos.1, 4 and 5 and the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3. 3. The petitioner submits a representation for allotment of alternate site in the light of the petitioner's displacement for - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:17479 WP No. 109298 of 2025 the purpose of acquisition under the rules and policy obtained before the respondent. The representation was initially submitted in the year 2021 i.e. on 12.08.2021 which is reiterated on 31.10.2025. Non-consideration of which has driven the petitioner to this Court in the subject petition. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representation would merit its consideration in accordance with law and appropriate orders would be passed thereon. 5. In the light of the said submission, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner within an outer limit of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
