This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... to issue any writ or direction more particularly a writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No.2 to 4 in not registering the complaint dt. 20.01.2025 and against respondents No. 5 and 6 and others as illegal, arbitrary, violative of the principles of natural justice and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of the India and consequently direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to register a First information Report (F.I.R), pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner dt. 20.01.2025 against respondents No. 5 and 6 and others.”
2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home placed on record the written instructions received in this matter regarding the enquiry of the police and regarding the statements of the accused to the effect that they are not doing anything and they are cultivating their lands.

Learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record the photos before the Court. Learned counsel would submit that there may be a direction to the police to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate steps in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
