(Oral) The petitioners have filed the present contempt petition alleging violation of the order dated 07.10.2015 (Annexure P passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP as “Hukam Singh and another vs. State of Haryana etc.” alongwith bunch of connected matters, wherein, it was directed as follows : “….Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the cases, these petitions are disposed of by granting liberty to the file a detailed and comprehensive representation raising all the pleas as raised in the writ petitions before the appropriate authority. JUSTICE NIDHI GUPTA Vikram Singh, Advocate Advocate The petitioners have filed the present contempt petition alleging violation of the order dated 07.10.2015 (Annexure P-1) passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-15962-2014 titled Singh and another vs. State of Haryana etc.” alongwith bunch of connected matters, wherein, it was directed as follows :- Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the cases, these petitions are disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation raising all the pleas as raised in the writ petitions before the appropriate authority. It is directed that in the event of a representation being filed by the petitioners within a period of two months from VIJAY ASIJA 2025.07.31 19.48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document the petitioners themselves have filed the representation 10 years after the above said 16.7.2025. said fact and on instructions prays for withdrawal of the present petition. The petitioners shall be en lead any evidence to substantiate their claim before the concerned authority. Till the matter is decided by the said authority, status quo shall be maintained by the parties. It is, however, made clear that in case no such representation is filed within the stipulated period as noticed above, the interim order shall cease to operate, thereafter. It is pointed by learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioners themselves have filed the representation 10 years after the above said direction of the learned Division Bench i.e. on 16.7.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioners has not denied the said fact and on instructions prays for withdrawal of the present Permitted to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn. Rule stands discharged.
