Petitioner has sought quashing of FIR No. 0424 of 2021 registered against her under Section 420 IPC in Police Station Kotwali Jwalapur, District Haridwar. 3. The impugned FIR is on record as Annexure-1 to the writ petition. 4. Learned State counsel submits that upon investigation, Final/Closure Report has been filed in the matter as evidence collected was found not to be sufficient. He thus submits that the writ petition has become infructuous on account of filing of closure report. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the said submission made by State Counsel. 6. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7.
