The challenge in the case at hand is to the order of suspension on 23.11.2024. During subsistence of the petition, it transpires that the Corporation has revoked the order of suspension on 22.01.2025 and the petitioner - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:3362 WP No. 107750 of 2024 has joined back to the place which he was directed to report. 4.
