(4)When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that Section 82 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 31312 of 2025 proceedings have been initiated against the 4th respondent and an Enquiry Officer was also appointed vide order dated 16.07.2025, with a direction to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation as also other complaints, within three months and to file a report thereon. The learned Special Government Pleader also produced a copy of the order dated 16.07.2025. (5)In view of the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3 and in view of the order dated 16.07.2025, passed by the 2nd respondent, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
