JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER Date : 18.08.2025 Heard Mr. B. Barman, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Mr Barman has submitted that in the connected RFA No.77/2024, in the Title Page, the phrase“judgment and decree dated 24.08.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senor Division), Kamrup (Metro) at Guwahati” has been referred to. According to him, there is a typographical error, because the date of the judgment should have been “20.08.2024” instead of “24.08.2024”. The error stands corrected. Registry shall make the correction in the Title Page of the Memo of Appeal. In the order dated 03.01.2025, the same mistake has been made. Therefore, the date appearing in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 shall be corrected as “20.08.2024”. Henceforth, the date “24.08.2024 appearing in paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 shall be read as 20.08.2024”.
