This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i) issue a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to enquire into the matter and pass the appropriate order taking into consideration of old entries in revenue record as Abadi, within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents in case it is found that the chak of private respondents carved out in abadi of village then same may be abolished and revenue entry of Abadi be restored in the interest of justice." From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, no relief can be granted as the consolidation proceedings are already over and publication under Section 52 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act has been done by the State. Petitioners have a remedy of approaching the authority concerned under provisions of Act.
