This Court is of the view that this writ petition is not at all maintainable when the petitioner is also a party to the proceedings in OA.No.25 of 2025. Therefore whatever the objections, he can raise before the trial court in OA.No.25 of 2025 since the OA is pending for confirmation of attachment of the subject property. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file application under Section 8 of TNPID Act before the trial court. 3. In the result, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
