She further submitted more than 50% of the work order under the contract has been completed in the year 2025. Moreover, the petitioner has not challenged the work order issued infavour of the successful bidders. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 6th respondent, this Court is of the view that nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
