The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Lawalong P.S. Case No. 50 of 2024 (S.T. No.04 of 2025) for the offences registered under sections 87/137(2) of the B.N.S. and later on Sections 103(1)/238/3(5) of the B.N.S. has been added, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Chatra. 18 years old daughter of the informant was enticed away by the petitioner and thereafter, she was found murdered.
