This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of the FIR No.1/2018 registered at Police Station Kotwali, Jhunjhunu, District Jhunjhunu for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 120-B and 506 of IPC. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submit that as per the factual report dated 16.09.2021, available on record, the investigation in the matter has been concluded and same seems to be of civil nature, therefore, negative final report has been submitted before the concerned Court.
