The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sursund P.S. Case No. 550 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21(C) of the NDPS Act. 3. The following banned medicines have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner:- I. Exiplon syrup 26 pieces II.Spasmoproxivon plus tablets 40 Pieces III. Tazowin injection 90 pieces IV. Traispas capsules 144 pieces V. Doctor plus 09 pieces 4. The petitioner is in jail since 20.11.2024. 5. Considering the huge recovery of banned substance and also the fact that the petitioner is accused in other similar Patna High Court CR. MISC.
