It is seen that the petitioner claims ownership of a property as he purchased the said property in survey No.966/A, 967/A to an extent of about 74 cents in Pennagaram Revenue Village, Ettiyampatti Village, Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District by a registered sale deed dated 04.10.2021 registered as document No.4334 of 2021. Thereafter the petitioner also obtained direction from this Court to provide adequate police protection while surveying the property in WP.No.20555 of 2025. Therefore, police protection cannot be ordered to be granted for fencing the property. The petitioner ought to have approached the civil court for appropriate relief. 3.
