The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Madhupur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 303(2) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur. On 01.08.2024, six batteries from the B.S.N.L. Tower at Badiya village was stolen away by unknown persons. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner has been remanded in this case from another case. Mr. Gautam Rakesh, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur, in connection with Madhupur P.S.
