Petitioners seek issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant permission to raise boundary wall over petitioners' arazi and to provide proper police force in compliance to the judgment and decree passed by the Civil Court in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (hereinafter referred to as the Code). It is alleged that an approach has been made to the concerned Sub Divisional Magistrate under Section 24 of the Code, but neither there is any case number indicated in the application nor it is shown as to on what date, such application is actually filed. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to issue any positive direction in the present matter. In the facts of the present case, we dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the fourth respondent, who is expected to proceed in the matter, in accordance with law, while exercising his jurisdiction under Section 24 of the Code, expeditiously.
