State counsel does not have any instructions regarding conceding to appointment of arbitrator by this Court. 2. In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available to the petitioner under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 3.
