Chutia, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam for the State. 2. Apprehending her arrest, the petitioner, namely, Anuragi Changmai, daughter of late Kula Prasad Changmai, resident of No. 2, Kachoiting, Police Station-Dhemaji, District-Dhemaji has filed this application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, praying for her pre-arrest bail in Dhemaji Police Page No.# 2/2 Station Case No. 21/2025 registered under Sections 316(2)/318(4) BNS, 2023 read with Section 7C(2) of the Assam Money Lenders Act, 1934. 3. By order dated 06.03.2025, the Court while called for the case diary of said Dhemaji P.S. Case No. 21/2025, granted interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, which is still in force. 4. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Dhemaji P.S. Case No. 21/2025 vide Charge- Sheet No. 32/2025 dated 21.03.2025. 5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for her regular bail in said Dhemaji P.S. Case No. 21/2025 on or before 05.05.2025. 6. The interim bail granted to the petitioner earlier on 06.03.2025 in said Dhemaji P.S. Case No. 21/2025 is extended only upto 05.05.2025. 7. With the above observation and direction, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
