After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the numerous difficulties expressed in the different responses filed on behalf of the respondents, regarding making of the Modern and Scientific Carcass Utilization Plant functional, owing to the HARISH KUMAR 2026.07.29 17:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment COCP-2625-2021 (O&M) (2) resistance being offered by the residents that has given rise to a law and order situation, petitioner does not wish to press this petition any further. 2. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take recourse to alternative remedies, including but not restricted to approaching the Writ Court. 3.
