Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and as the distance between Koppal and dharwad is more than 150 kms and as such, taking into consideration the hardship that may be caused to the petitioner herein, I find force in the arguments advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
