The case of the petitioner is that due to dispute with her husband she initially lodged a complaint before the local police and as they had not taken any action, she filed a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate Tiruppur and on the direction of the learned Magistrate, a case in Crime No.1073 of 2024 for the offences under sections 419, 420 and 506[ii] of IPC has been registered by the respondent. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though a case has been registered, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, seeks a direction to the respondent to file the final report within the time fixed by this Court. 3.
