No. 259 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Alandur, and to quash the same. 2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that A1 in the case and the second respondent herein have amicably settled the dispute between them in Crl.R.C. No. 2426 of 2024. In the said proceedings, the second respondent had also agreed to withdraw the criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioner as well as the other accused. The said facts have also been recorded in Crl.R.C. No. 2426 of 2024. In view thereof, the proceedings as against the petitioner in C.C. No. 259 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Alandur shall stands quashed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
