Mr. Punya Sheel Pandey, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, his clients have challenged rejection order dated 27th May, 2025 issued in respect of their application for caste certificate. He submits, reason given is no reason at all. 2. Mr. Ashim Mukharji, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. He submits, his instructions are petitioners' belong to a Scheduled Tribe. 3. Reason given in impugned rejection letter is reproduced below:- " Any suitable papers not attached." Above is no reason at all. Petitioners' contention stands accepted. Impugned rejection is set aside and quashed. 4. On query Mr. Mukharji submits, competent authority is respondent no.3. The application of petitioners, for issuance of caste certificate, is restored to said respondent. Petitioners will communicate certified copy of this order along with their application dated 23rd May, 2025.
