Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.2 to decide the Petitioner's Application dated 18.05.2024 and 03.07.2024 (Vide Annexure No. 6 and 7 to this Writ Petition), within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. B. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the Respondent No.2 to pass the reasoned and speaking order for providing the compensation on account of digging the pond land during the lease period granted in favour of the Petitioner." It is contended that ventilating his grievance petitioner has moved an application on 18.05.2024 and 03.07.2024 before respondent no.2, which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for early disposal of the said application. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent no.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur, District- Prayagraj to decide application dated 18.05.2024 and 03.07.2024, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
